We value your request for service from Love Irrigation. We
appreciate the fact that you chose to call us. We will strive to
provide for you the best quality of work for your money.
We realize that your time is valuable and we do all we can to
stay on top of the request we receive. Our men have an average
of 30+ years of experience, so you can be sure that a
well-trained technician, that will be efficient with time, is
servicing you. Our trucks are daily stocked with materials, so
whatever part you may need will be there on site.
The Process Of A Service Call
You contact us for service by phone or email. We will enter your
date requested, as close as possible, in our system. We will
confirm your email request, or phone you personally as to your
requested date of service. We always try to call you a day ahead
and remind you of your service call.
The service calls are placed in order by areas in the city, or
service tickets that were not completed the day before.
Occasionally, we do run into trouble with a lack of cooperation
with Mother Nature. Sometimes, other problems that come up will
include getting to a job site and it becomes a major repair. If
we see that we are not able to get to your home or business
'that' day, we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of
the situation in the office.
It is our desire to provide you with quality; from the time you
send your email requesting service, or placing your phone call.
